ACH Origination
Automated Clearing House (ACH) allows you the opportunity to become even more efficient in your day to day business transactions, through offering direct deposit of payroll, ability to move money between banks, as well as perform both collection and payment options through our Online Banking Cash Management.
Controlled Disbursement
Notification each morning of the items which will be clearing your business account that day. Provides the opportunity to maximize your investments and minimize your interest with only depositing enough to cover those checks.
Positive Pay
Fraud prevention product which compares check issuances files against checks clearing the bank. With Positive Pay, you are given the option to make a pay or return decision on any check which does not match the issuance file.
Wire Transfers
Wires completed for International and Domestic. Ability to telephone requests or complete online. Online capabilities allow for one time wires or developing templates for recurring wires.
CD Imaging
Store images of your cancelled checks with ease. CD Imaging allows a business to maintain their cancelled checks in a safe and secure manner for historical purposes.
ACH Block and Filter
Fraud prevention tool which protects your account from unauthorized ACH Debit transactions. Choose to either block your account from all debit transactions or create a filter list of those companies authorized to debit your account.
Line/Investment Sweeps
Automated sweeps allow you to maximize your interest income and minimize interest expense. Sweep idle dollars to a money market account or use in combination with a line of credit and money market. Zero Balance accounts can also be established with automated sweep options.
