David Roark, a life long Madison resident, is an active real estate developer, investor and builder. He started his real estate career in 1973 as a partner in Weber Realty, Inc. which merged with First Realty in 1996 to form First Weber Group, a leading real estate company in Wisconsin with over 50 offices and 1400 sales people. In addition to his position as partner and vice president of First Weber Group, David is President and principal owner of Norwood Custom Homes, a custom home building company which has built over 800 homes in Madison and the surrounding area since 1976. As a respected real estate developer in the Madison area, David has been involved in the development of over 3000 single family lots and 400 multi family and condominium homes in Madison and neighboring communities. He has been active in his community, most recently serving on the auditorium expansion committee for Edgewood High School, and has been the past president and director of the Madison Area Builders Association. David and his wife Lynne have two daughters, Amanda and Jenna.
